Crypto checkout in four steps
Customers should be able to scan this quickly, understand the flow, and avoid the two biggest problems: wrong amount and wrong network.

Add your products to cart and confirm quantities.
Go to checkout
Enter billing details and continue to payment methods.
Select crypto
Choose NowCerts (Crypto Payment) under payment methods.
Place order
Open the crypto payment screen, choose a coin, and complete payment.
What you’ll see
- Select a cryptocurrency such as BTC or XMR
- Scan the QR code or copy the address and amount
- Send the payment exactly as shown
Before sending
- Send the exact amount displayed
- Use the correct blockchain network
- Crypto transfers cannot be reversed
After payment
- You should receive an order confirmation email
- Your order may show Processing while confirmations complete
- If it does not update, wait a few minutes and refresh
Invoices can expire.
Crypto invoices usually have a limited time window. If the invoice expires before payment is sent, the customer may need to restart checkout.
Customers may also see a pending confirmation message until the network confirms the transfer.
Keep expectations clear
- Network fees are paid to the blockchain, not to us
- Underpayments may fail
- Refunds may be store credit or original method depending on the case
The smoothest crypto payments happen when customers follow the invoice exactly.
That means the correct coin, the correct network, the exact amount, and payment sent before the invoice expires.
