How to Pay with Crypto

We accept cryptocurrency payments through our checkout. Crypto payments are fast, secure, and typically confirm within minutes.

Step-by-Step: Paying with Crypto at Checkout

1) Add items to your cart

Choose the items you want
Click Add to cart
Go to Cart and confirm quantities

2) Go to Checkout

Click Checkout
Enter your billing details

3) Choose the crypto payment option

Under “Payment methods,” choose: NowCerts (Crypto Payment)

4) Click Place Order

Click the Place Order button. This will open the crypto payment screen where you’ll choose a coin and complete payment.

What You’ll See on the Crypto Payment Screen

Select the cryptocurrency (example: BTC, XMR)
Choose a payment method:
- Scan a QR code from your wallet app, or
- Copy the wallet address and amount into your wallet
Send the payment exactly as shown

Important:
Send the exact amount displayed.
Use the correct network (Bitcoin vs Monero network).
Crypto transfers cannot be reversed once sent.

Time Limits and Confirmations

Crypto invoices typically have a time limit (often 10–30 minutes). If the invoice expires before payment is sent, you may need to start again from checkout.

You may see “Pending confirmation” until the network confirms it.
Confirmation times vary by coin/network.

After Payment: What Happens Next

You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Your order status may show Processing until confirmed.

If your wallet shows payment sent but your order doesn’t update:

Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
If it still hasn’t updated, contact us with:
- Your order number
- The transaction ID / hash

Fees, Overpayments, and Underpayments

Network fees are paid to the blockchain network, not to us.
If you send less than the invoice amount, the payment may fail.
If you send more than the invoice amount, handling depends on the provider and network.

If anything looks wrong, stop and contact us before sending.

Refunds (Crypto)

Because crypto prices and network fees can change:

Refunds may be processed as store credit or via the original method depending on the situation and provider capabilities.
Network fees are typically non-refundable.

If you need a refund, contact us with your order number.
