Delayed UPS 3-Day Select shipments
If a UPS 3 Day Select shipment has not arrived within 5 business days and the delay is not weather-related, we will investigate and will typically reship or refund.

If we reship and the missing package later arrives, the customer is expected to refuse delivery. If refusal is not possible, we will send a return label.
