Shipping

Processing: Orders placed before the daily cutoff time shown at checkout are typically processed same-day Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following business day.

Shipping: UPS 3-Day Select is our default shipping option. Typical delivery is 2–4 business days depending on carrier routing and destination.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $200 (when available as a checkout option).

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, peak season, and carrier network conditions may impact final delivery times.

If a UPS 3 Day Select shipment hasn’t arrived within 5 business days and the delay is not due to weather, we’ll investigate and typically reship or refund. If we reship and the missing package does arrive the customer is expected to refuse delivery. If customer is not able to refuse delivery we will send a return label.

Address & Order Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order has been processed, address changes may not be possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of research products and quality control requirements, all sales are final once shipped, except where required by law. If there is an issue with your shipment (damage, missing items, or incorrect items), contact us promptly so we can help.
