By purchasing from this Site, you represent and warrant that:

In all cases, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
Participation in the Rhome Research Affiliate Program is subject to approval.
Affiliates agree:
- Not to make medical claims about products
- Not to market products for human consumption
- Not to violate advertising laws or platform rules
- Not to misrepresent the Company or products
Rhome Research reserves the right to:
- terminate affiliate accounts
- reverse commissions
- suspend payouts
- modify commission structures
Affiliate commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded orders.
- ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
We reserve the right to:
- refuse any order
- cancel suspicious transactions
- limit quantities
- verify customer identity
Pricing and availability may change without notice.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final unless:
- the product arrives damaged, or
- the wrong item is shipped
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including logos, product descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of Rhome Research and may not be copied or used without written permission.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhome Research from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
